Roadmap

This roadmap summarizes the current public-alpha direction. It is product-facing, so it focuses on user-visible capability themes instead of deployment or release operations.

Current public-docs roadmap themes:

• polish the first-run setup and Plan -> Work -> Evidence path
• deepen docs, quickstarts, and generated reference material
• create deterministic demo graphs
• improve public examples, local proof, and handoff guidance
• keep advanced capabilities local-first and explicit about safety boundaries

Deferred until explicitly scoped:

• hosted memory or hosted queue services
• autonomous worker execution inside mdkg
• arbitrary SQL exposure
• broad MCP mutation parity
